After 4 months STILL HAVENT RECEIVED PASSPORT RENEWAL

For more than 3 months I have been waiting for my passport renewal. For the past 2 months the Gov+ dashboard said 3 more business days I have been trying for weeks to speak with someone beyond the A.I.

robot. I have sent 3 emails to the address given via the A.I. chat bot. Never a reply.

Yesterday I finally got a human to answer. She put me on hold for approximately 10 minutes. She told me there was an issue with my picture and said it will be another 8 to 12 weeks to process. Never was this communicated.

Dashboard said everything had been processed properly.

After 3 months of paying the Gov+ monthly fee plus application I am now back to square one. I am going to the Post Office Monday and doing it myself

For some reason they couldn't access my email address. They didn't have any trouble emailing me back on Pissed Customer. So I'm assuming they are sending a packet to my home.
