I requested a birth record with GOVPLUS. They repeatedly gave me the runaround.

I reached out to my state vital record department, submitted a form and a payment. I repeatedly tried to reach GOVPLUS. They would not refund my money.

I have a document to prove the document did not come from GOVPLUS. I want my money.

I never did receive a passport and the application kept going back to start over again. Also kept trying to charge more money.

I used my phone to start passport renewal on Dec 21. It added some more non-sense charge on the way of my application; I just canceled it.

However, the charge $97 posted in my credit card on Dec 22. On Dec 23 I chatted to request the refund, none record found, Today Dec 30, they wanted to do $49 refund.

They behaved untrustworthy!!! Do it at travel.state.gov instead.

You just charged me $119.88 on 4/20/26. I have not authorized, nor do you have the right to take money out of my account. I expect a phone call to speak about what this is, and you process processing a refund to my account immediately.

You tell me, I need my birth certificate, in order to get passport. Simple.

So I paid for both services, to find out there is an issue with BROOKLYN NY. so I can't get pass port.

Unfortunately, I got tricked by this website. First off, it seems official.

There are multiple pop-up windows as you go through the process, and you are given multiple options to upgrade. I'm so glad I didn't because the $97 fee is theirs. You still have to pay TSA. If you are not great with paperwork, I'd say this service might come in handy, but if you can do paperwork, do not use this service.

Yes, they help you with the appointment, but honestly, they are not doing anything you can't do.

Lesson learned on my part. Just want everyone to be aware of what they are buying into.

Paid so both can be done, since I can't get my birth certificate, I can't get my passport. So wasted time and money. Respectfully

On line, it states the application is under review for 2 weeks; it usually states 3 business days.

I waited 2 months for my birth certificate and never showed up so I called back and they said they haven't even sent it so I asked for my money back then they said they will only give me half of what it costed to be able to get it... They try to give me back the partial payment and my bank wouldn't accept it, I guess cuz I got a different bank card... They asked me to write this I'm talking to them not right now or trying to let's see if they give me my money back

Went to a TSA webpage, redirected to GOV+, which is misleading by itself, which is by design. Don't fall for this.

It is a crooked way to do business. You can do what they did by yourself with little to no effort. Your fee will be 97.00 to them for setting up an appointment at the sheriff's department for a background check, which you can do on your own.

Then you will pay them the fee for the background check. Just go fill out the application yourself, then set the appointment up and save yourself 100.

A charge of 119.88 was charged on my card without my knowledge. I did not authorize this. Someone from support was able to help me clear this up.

You are a scam and would like my $ back.$67.00 I paid you for nothing.Social security cannot issue a replacement of SSI card through your agency.Im sure you are aware of this and run me through circles without being able to obtain this.

It couldnt hardly speak English all I Want to do is get the Ninety seven dollar charge for renewal on my card.

There was a $62 upgrade charge that I did not want. I tried to cancel that one and keep the $92 one but nothing worked.

I need to speak to someone about my TSA application fee. It has been paid, and I need to know if everything has gone through.
